A: Yes, please bring your own mat for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, you can rent one from our counter.

A: We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time. This allows you to set up your mat and settle into the space mindfully.

Q: What happens if I'm late to a class?

A: We understand that life happens. If you're running late, we offer a grace period of 5 minutes. During this time, please enter quietly and choose a spot near the back. However, for your well-being and to maintain the integrity of the class, entry will not be allowed for anyone arriving later than the specified grace period. We appreciate your understanding and encourage timely arrivals to fully enjoy the class experience.

Q: What's the etiquette for entering and leaving a yoga class?

A: Arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in. If you need to leave early, choose a spot near the exit and inform the instructor before the class begins.
